Maven Invitation Missing

Understanding that now you have to talk to Kirac to accept the Maven's invitations now after completing the initial Crucible, but I'm at 12/10 Maven-witnessed maps and I still haven't gotten any new prompt and Kirac does not have any new dialogue for me, what am I missing?
