Arimor's Apex challenge

The challenge requires you to kill 100 rare monsters affected by magistrate-haunted modifiers in 80 quant T16s but Is it working as intended? ive done nothing but run 80 quant T16s yet i only have 2 registered kills in total.

"magistrate" indicates T7 VII on the lantern before you open the map, you gotta shuffle the mobs around to hit T7 or else it doesnt count.
