Advanced mod descriptions not showing (gamepad)

Whenever I have the stash window open and press LS (left stick button on the gamepad) while hovering an item in my inventory the whole item description disappears instead of showing the expanded version (with the mod tiers). This only happens when the stash is open.

Just some additional information, this wasn't an issue until 3.24.

Same here. Seems to be an issue since today for me.
