Nameless Seer bug

Nameless seer can spawn upon dropped items such as a map in this instance, making you unable to pick up the item. The map in picture cannot be picked up because he is blocking it.

Happened to me too; these wisdom scrolls can't be picked up.

I also experienced this with a pile of essences from an essence monster that happened to be the last monster pack for the devoted mod.
