Compass need a major rework

Compasses are awful, truly one of the worst designed mechanics in PoE.

They are a huge pain to roll, buy/sell, store, apply to voidstones every 4 maps.

Their effects range from mandatory for farming certain league mechanics, to completely useless, to literally pointless because there are scarabs that do the exact same thing.

inb4 comments saying "well actually its good that they are so terribly designed because that friction discourages casuals from using them and only rewards real gamers".
