T7 map endgame

Something needs to change to move the endgame farming to at least T14 maps. T7 Cemetery is boring. Maybe make T0 uniques, reliquary keys, mirrors, etc, only drop on T14+ maps.

Low tier MF was always a think, eg tier 3 tower farming in Scourge league.

Altars were the fix for this. They only appear in T14+ maps and they add significant amount of juice to them.

But wisps are just too ridiculous in their quant / rarity multipliers.

Normally the game is fine, don't overnerf shit or we'll end up with another Ethiopia league like 3.19 Kalandra. Nobody wants that.
