Unkillable monster in simulacrum Hysteriagate

Monster stuck in textures and become unkillable. Trying to use AoE spells, but they didnt take damage. Also cant be moved by Void Sphere.

Still seems to be an issue in Simulacrum in general as I am seeing this in 3.24 for Oriath Delusion, and cannot complete the final wave of simulacrum because of it.
