my map device doesn't show delirium optirion, anyone know why ?

Because Delirium isn't a map crafting offering this league.
If you want to use the Delirium map craft, though, you can make it available with the Atlas keystone "The Seventh Gate". | |

They do swap up the map crafting options every league.
