PC Steam version won't launch.

I have done the following:
- Deleted %AppData%\Path of Exile files
- Deleted client config files
- Re-installed game 2 times
- All gpu drivers are up to date
- All W11 updates are done
- All voicemod sound devices are disabled
- Uninstalled PoE overlay

When I click on "Play" via steam, nothing happens and the button changes to "X Stop" then to "Play" again and the game never opened or gave any errors.

I have a rtx 3070, Ryzen 7 and 32gb of ram. Any help would be really appreciated ;_;

I also have an RTX 3070, Ryzen 7 (5800X3D) and 32 GB of RAM. Facing the same issue, though I was able to get it to work in the past after restarting. But it's iffy. I don't know what causes it to behave like this.

Right now I can't launch it either.

Moreover, I can say that this problem started occurring when I upgraded from a Ryzen 5 5600X to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D.
