[3.23] Dual Strike is Back! Vampire champion of Ambidexterity - Maven Down - Clear atlas in a Budget

Because of gem we need to use two different weapon types. Dual strike usable with all melee weapon. Claw and axe, scepter and sword, mace and dagger, etc.
70% more damage with weapon in main hand but attack speed taken from offhand. That means we need big cannon and fast something.
Best option I found for crit variation is this two cheap bad boys:

Massive phys damage and great crit stuff. This gun is almost BiS weapon. Even Rolled Paradoxica will no be a better choice. We didn't want IAS, but we need flat phys and massive crits...also, chaos res is nice too :3

nice IAS with Instant leech. Because of dual strike skills we attack with both hands and have around 3500hp leech with one hit.

What the downside? Well, we cannot use passive skills for one sort of weapon. Forgot about axe or sword nodes. But it's fine with cluster jewels for dual weapon.
What cluster I need?
Only for dual weapons, because you can find there Quick and Deadly skill - 60% inc attack damage and 30% attack speed if you use different weapons in your hands. You cannon find this passive with claw and dagger or axe and sword clusters.
Also very usefull to use Devastator passive.
Craft clusters in harvest with physical and attack rolls (only 70 and 50 cost and easy to craft juicy jewels)

what gear affixes you need:
Chest,boots,helmet,gloves: life-armor/evasion-suppress-elemental and chaos res
rings: life-int-elemental and chaos resistance-elreon -mana cost
amulet: life-attributes-global crit-elemetal/chaos resistances-elreon -mana cost

Check Leveling tree also in PoB. Use Two-handers and later respec after getting tribal fury or when you feel comfortable.
You can swap your affliction tree for detect evil for endgame bossing.

Varunastra?
You cannot use two varunastra's because it's a one handed sword base. That was surprise for me too. Otherwise - bloodseeker is too good.
Paradoxica?
Funny thing, Bino's grants us more damage than best phys paradoxica.
Trauma?
Only for axes and maces. I didn't find better option for this.
Endgame?
All except ubers. That's strike melee skill, c'mon!
Survaivability?
Suppress, armor, block chance, arctic armor, instant leech. We cockroach, Dialla.
Price?
Only enlighten cost alot. Before them you can use herald of purity and it will be fine. Clusters is really easy to craft in harvest. This build works with under 1 divine.
Tribal fury

When clusters?
You can take clusters after find or craft one with devastator and another with quick and deadly. Use harvest crafting for that.
Pantheon?
Arakaali and Abberath most of the time. Because we have small hp pool DoT is defiantly more dangerous.

Pros
-Good solo target
-Great survivability
-Cheap
-Easy to gear up and progress
-Chank-chank-chank - satisfaction sound effect of dual strike
Cons
-Melee
-Mediocre clear speed before you get exarch +2 to strike (that's very tough)
-you reach your peak quickly and after that you can hardly improve build
