PoE quit unexpectedly on macOS Sonoma

1. Open the game and let it update (about 40MB), and it will crash here.

2. Go to this path:

"

~/Library/Application Support/Path of Exile

3. Delete Path of Exile.app

4. Unpack update.dat as a zip file
(You should see an extracted Path of Exile.app with the same path as the one you deleted in the previous step)

5. Start game and play

Had the same problem, and fix with moving the .app to "~/Library/Application Support/Path of Exile" works for me! Thanks!
