Help With Static Strike Shockwave

Hello everyone,
First post on forums. I'm trying to play strength stacking, static strike shockwave following this guide:

So what's wrong and how can I improve my current setup. Are there any big things I'm missing? Tried to find what's wrong on my own but to no avail.

You're on the right track from what I can tell.
These types of builds are always pretty tough to min max

The first things I can see that will improve DPS

Alt quality gems
Divergent Pulverise - more Area damage
Anomalous Wither (lvl21 if you can get one) linked to Enhance (lvl4 if possible) - 11 wither stacks straight up

You need about 10% increased cooldown recovery above what you have now so you hit every 2nd Static Strike pulse with Shockwave

Static stike pulses every .32 seconds so you need your cooldown under .64 sec
Currently your Shockwave cooldown is .676 sec so you only trigger Shockwave on every 3rd Static Strike pulse

Crit chance and multi are low. Crit chance will come up with more strength.

Updated your POB config with Warcry active and 11 Wither Stacks
Cheated on the cooldown recovery in custom mods (I'll leave it up to you to find)
