The Cortex - no loot dropped at all (not a filter issue)

Dear GGG support,

today was the first time I ever tried the Cortex with my character FlameOfKalandra.

Unfortunately, there was a bug that resulted in me getting no loot whatsoever.

The Cortex guide says "the Decaying Map Device will appear again and explode, dropping loot." (https://www.poelab.com/the-cortex-boss-fight/)

I assume the bug might have happened because I was not in the map when the map device exploded, as I died shortly before the final boss was killed (I am playing ballista totems and they got the job done after I died but before I was able to click on the "respawn" button).

As the Cortex map is very expensive, not being able to get any loot from it due to some bug is very annoying.

What can you do about it to recompensate me for that loss? (I am a paying and long-term loyal customer)

P.S. I disabled loot filter, pressed ALT, pressed Z, threw something from my inventory on the ground (which was shown normally), so this is really an issue of not dropping anything.

the bug probably got triggered cause you play with instanced loot even when playing alone.

if nobody is in the instance when the loot gets generated, there is no loot.

see it the positive way, even if somebody were accidentally joining the instance, you would have got all the loot secured to you!
