[3.21] EA Ballista on Budget Easy Mode

After Trying out many builds with ups and downs i decided to share my own as i feel it have the most realistic numbers and the playstyle that suits me.

3.21 Changes
Added Endgame bow for the rich,rest is the same.

Features of the Build:
BUDGET
STARTER
Passive Playstyle Everything is Automated (Except Frenzy for bossing)

Defenses
80%+ SUPPRESSION
33K+ ARMOUR
5K+HP 60K+EHP

DPS
7 Million Shaper DPS (Realistic no cheesing)
2 Million Uber Pinnacle

Leveling the Build is straightforward you complete the bottom part and follow the path ahead no leveling steps neccessary.

Personal Choices:

- you can go with any bandit choice, i personally went for skillpoint
- you can spec into EE if you want to for extra 2 Million Shaper, but i dont.

Budget build with Ashes of the Stars amulet in POB? Starter from 20 divines orb?

The only mandatory item is the bow .

Ashes is QOL and not mandatory.

This budget build has a 20 divine neck in it wat...

Make a pob without Ashes and share it as the main.
And then make another pob with "additional 20 divine budget". Because the numbers you share are going to be very different.
Otherwise you are just irritating people by saying it is a budget version.

How long do you use Quill Rain for?

Thanks for the build, exactly what i was looking for, simple and direct, no gem switching, respec etc.

Actually a nice rolled
+1 ( +1 ) amu with watchtowers annoint is better suited here.

Sold my just found ashes ( lucky me ^^ ) for 20div to open other investment choices ;)

But in general :
EA champ really stable, started with hierophant, hit a ceiling at t12 ( as starter ), while this one even blasts through t16 without min/maxed gear, yet ( using still quillrain bow ( 3.0 aps is nice, though ).

Highly recommend rain of splinters jewel for clear, nice qol.

i totally agree on ROS for Clearing.
