[3.19] Gladiator's Perseverance and Blood Rage synergy. Does it work?

As per the title. First season player and have been watching a lot of vids and googling tons but haven't found anything on this.

I'm currently playing an overleech slayer and I'm wondering if the life drain from blood rage is preventing the "increased attack speed when on full life". My hp, with blood rage and leech instances applied, is always at -5hp of max hp.

Will the attack speed buff apply in this case? Or any other similar "when on full life" buffs. Thanks.

On a side note, I'd appreciate if I can get some feedback for my build. Cheers.

-5 hp does not affect 'when on full life' modifiers, so you can be calm about this.
