At Least Changes around problems, that's good,we may not wait for something big mid leagues, but for sûre, it's something.
With every new directions, tinkering is needed. and archenemesis and the drop quantity and quality are very impactful for the game.
If you want people to enjoy your game then just remove the Archnemesis and Harvest and rework on Lake mechanic. You guys don't play the game at all ? Do you know how suck is Archnemesis ?
Chris maybe it's time to leave someone alse in charge cause we all see it clear that you are off the track.
Yeah, that was the last supporter pack I bought, I guess.

I absolutely don't like the direction that GGG has chosen for the development. I don't need it.
They don't seem to understand how people play their game.

In the most recent interview including Josh Strive Hase and Chris Willson, Chris made a point about having a budget build over jears of clarity and direct conversation with the community. Its true, Path of Exile has the biggest beneift of the doubt I can possible provide to any developer, which makes it all the more suprising, that they have not included what feels like the biggest change to the average loot i can remember in neither the manifesto nor patch notes.

Im still having fun playing POE mechancially but I would lie if I ware to say it is as good as last league, or the league before that, or the league before that. The game currently feels like its on a route to some endgoal, assumably Loot 2.0, which would be fine, if that was communicated propperly.

This game has a verry delicate balance between grind, ongoing progression and fun, espacially for players that try not to trade or play SSF. That balance was usually archived without linking it to the current league mechanic being a crutch. Ever since GGG started to calculate the Loot and progression of players including them fully interacting with League mechanics like Zana Missions that balance felt off.

Now that we have a taste of what that balance feels like when it is tinkered with, it seems clear to me, that the game as a baseline has not cought up with player needs and expectations. It is telling, that just about all of the currency I use to roll maps is not coming from the mapping itself but from content parallel to mapping like Heist and blighted maps that have not be touched jet it seems.

I'm not sure anyone at GGG actually reads comments 80 pages deep but If they do I hope they can at least point out the issues from theire perspective.

How can you get it wrong so many patches in a row?

Focus on making a fun and rewarding game, not adding in scarcity and difficulty arbitrarily.

Terrible waste of resources just to lose more players.
