Hello! I can not change the email on my account linked to steam.

Hello! Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm not sure if it's important, but my Account linked to steam.

I try to change email (primary login) as I do not have access to old hacked email address when website tells me email will be sent to new email address soon and then email doesn't turn up for two hours.

I try changing to a different email and no response from server to change email.

Now I can't request an email change as Rate limiting active. You must wait 120 seconds. I have waited 120 seconds and I am still blocked.

Is there any way for me to change my email so i can verify my account and then use my loot filter again?

No loot filter makes the game almost unplayable as the game wasn't intended to
be played without third party it seems?
