Pricecheck shield: +5% block +28 suppress spell dmg +5% of life when block. etc

Hi,

New player here so I hope I am posting correctly after reading the rules.

I would like a pricecheck on the shield below.

It might be good to mention it has only 2 prefixes and 2 suffixes for as far as I can see. Correct me if wrong.
