Help me understand this build, please! (Shield Crush)

There's this Shield Crush build I found on poe ninja and I really can't figure out how he reserves all these auras. PoB is saying that the build is reserving more than 100% of the mana, and I can't figure out how.

I've listed the reserved skills:
Pride 38.17%
War Banner 7.63%
Determination 32.05%
Blood and Sand 7.63%
Tempest Shield (MCM x3) 57.25%

Even with an unlinked Tempest Shield it's still above 100%
