Overlays & Alt + Tab cause crash

Just as the title states, is this happening to anyone else? Whenever I try to use Awakened PoE or try to alt + tab to go price check or look up something, I will unminimize PoE and either immediately or within 5 second the game just exits itself.
This only started this league too, which is something that really confuses me. GGG also told me they couldn't help me whatsoever with this, so if someone could help me, I really would appreciate it as I just want to play the game again. Last bumped on Nov 17, 2024, 8:56:46 PM

" Do you only have 1 monitor connected to your PC and thus, playing fullscreen ? Maybe try using "windowed fullscreen" so you can just "ctrl+esc" to get access to other programs and PoE will continue without being minimized... |

Yep, this started right before the latest update.
Awake Poe Trade will attempt to open the overlay and then the game will minimize. I have noticed that I can no longer run the game in full window modes in the background. The game will auto-minimize. |

I think I have found a solution:
Option >> Graphic Mod - Windows FUllscreen Renderer - vulkan The issue seems to have been resolved. This was my setting for like years, not sure why I have to set it again but it seems to work for me. Last edited by smallsea_turtle#4538 on May 27, 2022, 8:33:27 AM

Fullscreen -> Windowed Fullscreen fixed this issue for me, just ensure you hit Save after the client asks if you want to revert or keep the changes. :)
