There is still one question that wasn't answered in the post.

Why /played time dosn't matter on that boss killing thing? Some ppl can just play 24/7 some just play whenever they can...
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
