Do atlas passives work on maps with Delirium layers ?

Hey there !
So.. Do those additional Simu splinters and additional rewards apply to maps with layers of Delirium ? (well, ofc except for the mirror chance) Maps that already have 20-40-60%.. or on which you add Delirium orbs.. They are normal maps after all, right ? Or does it work like blighted maps only affected by Epidemiology ? The Atlas Delirium passives apply to maps with layers of Delirium, and not just naturally-occuring Delirium Mirrors.
