Hands of the High Templar - did a casual player break a bank?

I have been experimenting with some Hands of the High Templar and got below result. I couldn't find anything similar so I would much apprciate if someone could estiamte the price of those.

Also, any builds that could utilise those worth trying?

PS: Yes, I do not have balls to go for another vaal orb:(
