quoting text on forum post responses doesn't work

since some months, responding on a forum post doesn't include the quoted text anymore on the first try.
if i hit the back button on the browser and try again, it always works. issue comes up with firefox and crome, no special extensions installed on both of them. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill! Last bumped on Nov 24, 2021, 7:38:15 AM

Agreed.
When I hit quote the first time, it brings me to the compose/content screen but nothing is quoted. If I hit quote again though, it will auto fill the compose/content field then, at least for me. Using Firefox here, as an aside.
