Post aura rage here. I will lock any other aura thread I see.

to be honest I don't really think the auras were the biggest problem anyway, the skills animations are

some scaling when using lmp/gmp or some work on the most laggy skills like poison arrow would make things much better.

or a low effect option.

but then again this is not only a problem fro the wooden pc users, I have some friends running on very good PCs and they still have FPS trouble in a party

But why i cannt back my previous auras when run alone?! :(((
Main complaint - non informative and the similarity of the new auras.

I was unsure about trying this game but a multiple aura build i saw from youtube made me sign up and became a supportor.

POE is great gameplay-wise, but its visual really is lackluster

aura is one of a few things that look awesome in this game, but now it is gone.

Please let us have the option to turn on them.

As any feature in the game (target zombies and totems, graphics, etc), this should be optional.

Just because some people cant play in parties because their pcs are old or so, you dont need to nerf the game. Its better to include options, and each guy should be able to regulate on its own.

I don't like these changes, I want my old auras back, or a way to change them in an option, like graphic effects.


Auras were AWESOME before, now are childish and look like a 1980 spectrum game. Its good some people with pc from 1945 and with prehistoric ones can play now, but imho there should be an option for those who liked before and played without problems, like me. Auras both on minions, monsters and even in players were awesome before. Not anymore. And now they are even hard to see in monsters.

Changes like this are big back steps. Really, really dissapointed.

Same with minion target from old patch. We need those changes as OPTIONS, not mandatory, fgs.

I'm so dissapointed, that even thinking in left game for a while. And ofc feel so overwhelmed that I have no more interest in throwing money here, if these are the things you will do with our money, I prefer to not give more, simple as that. What a shame. They were perfect before, guys. Perfect.

Maybe Im telling shit because I'm angry now and later be calmed down, but I'm extremely sad and disapointed with this change and the mandatory way it has been implemented.




EDIT: even if we need to buy those old auras in shop, I got no problem with that. But we need them back in any or other way.

i think all the auras look really fckin AWESOME expect vitality ....it's just meh on the mobs it looks amazing but on players it' really ugly ...i for one vote for same aura as mobs vitality aura.

Great job with the other auras they are simply awesome no more christmas tree for me ^^

Good Change - no more UFO-World OF Warcaft auras.

Ofc new ones can be improved (they are not so good tbh) but EVERYTHING is better than old ones.

Improve new one because they are rly crappy too. They even dont look like auras now.

But CHANGE is overall good for the game.

And honestly Russell... BE CREATIVE FFSA... this looks like something made by 10 year old kid that is learning 3D effects or smth. With tutorial "auras for dummies'

As most things in POE:
contept = GOOD
execution = bad

Please bring the old ones back! (Atleast as an option)
I'm colorblind and just having half circles around you in different colours makes it harder for me to see what aura's people are using. Especially when there's alot of them.
