Tainted Mythic Orb + Prophecy wand = 'item cannot increase in rarity'

edit: Solved....somewhat.

Using a tainted mythic orb on a prophecy wand gives the error message: 'item cannot increase in rarity'

It should however be able to roll into a 'void battery' as this is the only unique prophecy wand.

I've tried this with normal, magic, and rare prophecy wands. All were corrupted. Then I scourged them, same result.

Saw a comment in a thread stating that the Ilevel might be off.

iLevel of all the wands I use > 74

Checked pathofexile.trade for the ilevel on void batteries. There are some that are ilevel 69-72.

Tried again with ilevel 78 wands, now they do work. Doesn't explain why there are ilevel 69 void batteries yet you cannot use the tainted mythic orbs on ilevel 69 prophecy wands.
