Oskarm not applying assassin's mark on hit

I noticed this after the server work done recently, but my Oskarm's are no longer applying assassin's mark on hit to rare/unique monsters. I'm not applying other marks any other way, nor are the rares hexproof. The only things socketed in my Oskarm's are Dread Banner and Pride, so nothing that should change its interaction.

I'll get a video showing this bug tomorrow, as it's now 2 am for me.

Have a same probler. Dont understand how it working.

I haven't used Oskarm this league so I'm not saying there is no bug, but do you have enough extra mana to cast the Assassin's Mark? On-hit curses from items are no longer free as of last league, so if you have most/all of your mana reserved it will not cast.
