Tainted mythic orb not working

Applying a tainted mythic orb on a corrupted " Prophecy wand " Regardless of rarity ( I've tried white and rare) Doesn't work yielding in the error message
" Failed to apply to item: Item cannot increase in Rarity " Reporting this, as I'm 100% sure prophecy wand's unique item is " Void battery " Last bumped on Oct 25, 2021, 12:02:25 PM

make sure you use min ilvl of the unique item you want to get
