New EE Exposure Question

Does new EE Inflict Expore and remove others,
or need EE an Exporesource and and overwrite the old.

Just to clarify,
is it possible to inflict Exposure just with EE with the new
stats -25 to resistances,

or u need Exposure for example with Cluster Corrosive Elements,
and EE needs that Exposuresource to have the ability to overwrite.

If I understand it correctly, you are asking if EE procs only if the skill can inflict an exposure to begin with.

This is not the case: as before, in order to proc EE you have to hit an enemy with at least 1 element. Hits that deal only physical and/orchaos damage will not proc a -25% Exposure to all elements.

Likewise, Exposures are only applied at their higher magnitude. Suppose you support your Raging Spirits with elemental Army (proccing a -10% Fire Exposure) and hit an enemy with an Ice Spear (proccing a -25% Fire and Lightning exposure), the -25% Fire exposure you've procced with your hit will not be overwritten by your Raging spirit's Elemental Army exposure. With the same logic, if your Raging Spirit already gave a -10% Fire exposure to an enemy, hitting that enemy with that Ice Spear will remove the previous -10% Fire Exposure, replacing it with a -25% Fire Exposure

what I was asking

if EE inherent have the Exposure or I need another source
to inflict the overwrite.

If I have no source of Exposure does EE do its job,
or does EE only work if I already inflicted an Exposure.

I think I've already answered; I'll state it more clearly:

You don't need to have a "base" chance of Exposure (like the one Corrosive Elements gives you) in order to proc Exposures from EE. All EE requires to proc its exposures are hit that deals at least 1 elemental damage. After that, each and every hit will apply (and remove) exposures from their target, 100%

EDIT: Also yes, EE will proc its exposure also on non-exposed targets. You don't need to expose targets before hitting them with EE
