Minion offence master - Unholy Might??

"Minions have 25% chance to gain Unholy Might for 4 seconds on Kill"

Only those that make a kill get it. It has always been this way. It would be pretty broken for a variety of builds if they all got it lol.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

It's only garbage on mass minion builds. Pretty strong with Spectre builds.
