Subscribing to a loot filter

I saw something in the past where you subscribe to a loot filter and it gets automatically updated.

If the loot filter is not in there, you can also click on the user name of the filter creator and there subscribe to their lootfilter(s) - Sarno's link only shows the most popular ones… which most probably are the ones you're looking for anyway.
