Anyone seen Abaxoth lately? :)

I've been running a number of Beyond maps lately and getting all the Beyond bosses except Abaxoth. Some even twice per map - but no big A. Not that I'm complaining that he doesn't jump out onto my head every two seconds, but is it just my RNG, or has he been made more rare / his map tier level increased? He used to appear a lot more often for me in some earlier leagues.

My personal experience puts him at about 1/100 as common as the other beyond bosses.

I'm happier that way though because he's a pain in the ass for anyone who's not already an end-game explode everything build. Impossible to melee for any decent length of time, difficult to do any kiting.

First and only time I've seen that bugger was in Ultimatum when he popped up during trial in a tight space (Laboratory map, one of those outer platforms). You can guess how well it went...

My condolences... :)

I was certain he was more frequent before... Less than the others, yes, but along the lines of 1 in 20-30, not 100...

But, oh, well. Not like I need him for anything right now, I was just curious how my undead hordes would fare against his undead hordes. :)

I got him once this league in Cowards Trial. Fortunately he died fast. That room didn’t have much room for his spam.

Running triple beyond in glennach so i see him at least 2 or 3 times per day.

This makes me think of a comic where Abaxoth shows up all excited and the exile says 'I don't have room for your bullshit Abaxoth, fuck off'. And then Abaxoth gets very sad, pouts his way to the corner of the room and starts playing by himself with some legos. A single tear drips out of the corner of his right eye.

He and I went out for a drink the other night. He still likes his job and all, but some days it's harder to get up and give it 100%, if you know what I mean. He's really just coasting until retirement.

I got him today, so he still exists.
