triggered summon skeleton not working [solved, not a bug]

Hi,
expected triggered summon skeleton does not cast. tried with bow or melee linked attack and did not worked. tried with dead reckoning and without and did not work. tried with cast while channelling and did not wort. tried with other spell or other minion gem and it worked.
