Crusader and Transfiguration of mind

Good day!

I have a question about that passive skill (2 gold and 1 black oils) "Crusader" - it gives "ransfiguration of mind" - Increases and Reductions to Maximum Mana also apply to Damage at 30% of their value.

So, in POB i can see that my increases to Maximum mana is 637%. Does it mean that we take 30% of that value - it's 212%. And my damage increases by 237%? But POEBuilder doesn't show this. With this passive i can get only 10000 of damage.

What do i understand wrong? Wrong discription?

You already have Transfiguration of Mind from your ascendancy notable Divine Guidance. You can't stack these - either you have Transfiguration of Mind, or you don't, having it twice doesn't count.
