Does Oni Goroshi and Uber Hillock?

Hello,
I am currently trying to farm for the ONI GOROSHI sword that drops from Uber Hillock. I have made 4 characters that are lvl 6-7 and am continuously farming Hillock but so faar Uber Hillock did not spawn and no Oni Goroshi drop. I have over 6 hours of farming with 4 characters over lvl 6 and nothing. My question is if you can confirm that in the PS version on the game and in Expedition league that the Uber Hillock spawns and that Oni Goroshi can drop. Also, any information regarding a prerequisite lvl for Uber Hillock to spawn would be great. I saw on older posts that Uber Hillock can spawn starting with character lvl 5... Did it change? It is RNG.
