Help: Beastcrafting recipe for "Corrupt an item with 30% Quality"

If I have a Shield that is 38% quality and I then use the beast craft 30% on it, will my shield then become 48% Quality?
What about Syndicate safe house with Hillock? Can I add more quality to my shield with that and will that add to the 38%? And after that beast craft and add the 30%? And using the beast craft is there a chance my shield will get destroyed? Thx Last bumped on Aug 3, 2021, 5:59:06 AM

You can use hillock to get 30% quality on the shield. It functions the same as corrupting for 30%, but doesn't corrupt it so you can still divine or change the craft or whatever. The two don't stack together, i would use hillock personally, it's more work to get there but leaves you with options.
And the craft to add 18% quality adds to the base quality, so yes it would be 48% |

And the beastcraft won't destroy it, just corrupt it with 30% base quality.

The quality has two part
The soft cap is 20 from item itself, the hard cap is 30 from beastcrafting or Mastermind's Hillock And then the 20 or 30 add up to the item explicit mod (max i guess is 18%) So, it depends on which mod of the item This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. " Hillock in intervention gives a scarab i think? You need Hillock in Fortification to get an upgrade to armour quality. He doesn't need to be the leader, just rank 3 then run mastermind. |
