Are two shaper call of the brotherhoods worth it?

Hello all,

I'm building an Arch Mines Saboteur, right now I've got an Eternity Shroud, one Shaper Call of the Brotherhood and one regular Call of the Brotherhood. My question is how big of a difference is there between having two Shaper Call of the Brotherhoods versus having one Shaper Call of the Brotherhood and one regular Call of the Brotherhood?
