Need help to fix my build

Hi,

I am playing a dual strike duelist with claws and it seems that I just can't make it work...

I really strugle a lot and I don't understand what is wrong qnd how to fix it!

I am willing to fix this build if possible or to shift the build completely towards something totally different.

I would like to stop dying all the time and to stop to get one shot by bosses -_-

I have a budget of roughly 20 exalted orbs and I am playing in standard.
