Bug Report 1,109,887,649 - Thread of Hope jewels not allocating passives

I have two (2) Thread of Hope jewels, Large Radius, for use in the Pantheon. Neither of these change stats or allocate any Passive within the blue area radius. Installed or not, stats do not change. I am assuming this is a bug and NOT working as intended. You can plainly see each passive in the blue area highlight when mousing over each Thread of Hope.

You must spent passive points to allocate passives in blue highlighted area. They can be allocated without being connected to your tree.

Jeeeez! Quite embarrassed to say the least now. Thank you. Please disregard this post ... or leave it up in case someone else needs to know. Slinking back in to the shadows now.
