Concerned about the viability of claws
In particular I am worried about having life recovery on hit as a main stat of claws. To me, this seems like it really won't be very helpful since the classes likely to use claws are classes that do not rely on their HP to keep them alive.
Suggestion: Consider replacing "life gain on hit" on claws with some kind of instant ES recovery. Available to mediate cross-league trades and mirror services. Send me a PM here or in-game.
