PoE freezing/locking entire computer since last patch

As title says. Path of Exile freezes my computer until it reboots completely after 5-10 seconds without me being able to do anything about it.

The game has been working flawlessly until I noticed this yesterday. (haven't played much this week though, so problem might have appeared earlier)

Tried reinstalling the game (and even windows 10), updating drivers, various settings ingame, starting with --nosound and using both vulcan and dx11.

I'm able to replicate this problem at will in bath house and high garden areas by running around in circles for approximately 2-3 minutes.

Any clues?

Edit: DxDiag

Edit2:
Latest patch (3.13.1d) made it, if possible, even worse. I still freeze in the same areas (can replicate in bath house and gardens a8) but this time computer won't reboot and I have to actually unplug my powercord to reboot the computer.

Edit3: New DxDiag (manually updated win-version) - same problem

Edit4: Production_config
https://pastebin.com/WmUYFfbH

Edit5: Frametime (graph) over 2200 just before crash

Edit6: Older nvidia driver (460.89) appears to be stable with dx11. Can play in fullscreen windowed, no crash yet. Vulkan still broken. Will test more this week.

Edit7: Horrah, seems to work with vulkan (tried 20+ high gardens) after latest nvidia dfriver update that released today. (v461.72) Still get terrible fps in that area specifically (sub30, down to below 5 sometimes) while rest of the game is fairly smooth (60-140fps).

Edit8: Only worked for an hour or two. Back to being completely bricked and forcing reboots several times a day on dx11 (every other minute on vulkan)

I'm not sure it's a memory leak for me. It feels more like certain assets/textures loads in a faulty way, which completely bricks my computer.

I can replicate my crash within 5 minutes of opening the game if I want to, or I can sit in town or move around in different areas for the longest time without any problems.

Not sure since when but I am also getting this issue, mostly after few hours of gameplay. This has already been happen a few times to me. The game suddenly froze and become not responding, couldn't kill it at all using Task Manager, the process just hang there with 5-6GB memory and no CPU usage. Have to force reboot my PC with the power button.
+1
I havent been able to play the game for like 3-4 days now... literally 10-15 seconds long "freezes" where in the server recieves zero bytes of my information so i just die 100% of the time when it happens.

I took a week off to play because I dropped an HH and I literally cannot play right now.

Here is a little clip of me doing a pretty EZ maven 10 way... but dying repeatedly in massive frozen screens

I have like 600 heists that I cannot run btw :)
I have never felt further from what I know and love

Same problem, after last patch. Game just drops frames when I dash. Sirus triple laser lagging my whole pc sometimes with sound (spotify). Same problem with spawning sirus conquerors on map + Delirium.

I have constant + 120 fps and ping around 40ms.
WTF is that.....

Hiya,

In this situation we will need some additional information about your PC before we can provide any troubleshooting steps, and the best way to provide this will be for you to send us a Dxdiag report!

To generate a Dxdiag report, please follow these steps:
Press the windows key + r on your keyboard to bring up the Run interface
Type dxdiag into the run dialogue box and press enter
When the dxdiag application starts up, press the Save All Information button in the bottom right and save the report to your desktop then post as a pastebin response.
Same issue here- Ive always been able in previous leagues to have a kind of smooth gameplay except for really juiced maps, but now... Ugh... constants freezes y FPS Drops.. Pretty frustrating to play like this, had to change my build because Im not able to dodge anything like this.

Hiya,

Thanks for the pastebin! Just to post, our minimum recommended specifications to play Path of Exile are as follows:

Windows 7 SP1/Windows 8
x86-compatible 2.6GHz Processor or better
4 GB RAM or more
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 650 Ti or ATI Radeon™ HD 7850 Graphics Card or better
DirectX Version 11
Broadband Internet connection
32 GB available space

It appears from the Dxdiag provided that your PC may not meet some of these, which means that the assistance we are able to offer may be limited.

I took a quick look at the report provided and noticed a few things, it appears your Windows may need to be updated - the current Windows 10 version is codenamed "20H2" and numered 19042 - as well as your graphics drivers. Additioinally, would you please check your laptop is not defaulting to the integrated card? You should be able to find some additional information here: Is your game not detecting a dedicated graphics card?
