vk::DeviceLostError::DeviceLostError: vk::Queue::submit

You're probably aware the issue exist, you're probably made this bug intentionally. So, just a formal report:
It's 100% reproducible, all I have to do is minimise the client window to taskbar, few minutes later upon trying to restore the window, the client crash with

vk::DeviceLostError::DeviceLostError: vk::Queue::submit

in client log file, and:

Exception code: 0xe0000001
Fault offset: 0x000000000002d759

in event log.

I've submitted bug report to AMD after 21.2.1 release, current 21.2.3 and PoE 3.13.1e still affected by the bug.
