Madcap Phase Run Effect

As a full Madcap guy, I almost lost my mind when I saw this!
Question is, does this ONLY work with the skill? I get Phasing through 'From The Shadows' and was really hoping it could somehow be applied to that too. Last bumped on Feb 1, 2021, 7:50:24 PM

I'm afraid that the Madcap Phase Run Effect can only be applied to the phasing effect from the Phase Run gem.
