Vitality skill greyed out

Unable to use Vitality

Level 88 Marauder, 191 Int, 199 Dex, 407 Str. I have a Vitality Aura I’ve run since starting. Lately I don’t use it due to mana issues, but I save it for Ascendancy trials. This morning I wiggled some socket colors, and when I put the vitality back in, it’s greyed out.

I’ve re-launched POE. I’ve Re-booted. I’ve re-seated all my gems. I’ve taken all my gear off, grabbed a random pair of boots, and tried a level 1 Vitality gem, and it’s still greyed out. Last time I know it worked for sure was…Thursday morning PDT(-8 UTC). I have it as CTRL-Q, and I rarely look at those keys visually. Greyed out vitality does not show a red stat that’s too low.
