Build advice for Slayer Dual Wield Cyclone

Hi everyone,

After following a few build guides I tried and come up with one of my own revolving around dual wielding cyclone.

The POB contains all items, gems, passives, pantheon & bandit information

I wanted to take advantage of fast attack speed and high life leech to create a tanky setup.
With the Slayer ascendancy having Brutal Fervour and the timeless jewel Lethal pride converting a keystone to Strength of Blood I'd saw some synergy potential as well as with Vaal Pact being granted by the Atziri gloves.

When I look at the POB I think: allright, this is going to be a very nice build capable of fast map clears and great end game potential.
But I could be completely wrong here. So I wanted to reach out to the more experienced build makers out here for advice/validation of my build.
