Can't procc Master seeks help: Jun prophecy

So I have the prophecy Master seeks help: Jun active on Navali's prophecy menu, but I've ran 20+ diferent maps and I can't procc the prophecy. I don't have any other Master seeks help active and I'm not forcing other masters through the map device or sextants or scarabs. Is it suppose to be such a low chance to procc or is something going on?

I don't really have a good answer other than it "seems" like that prophecy is harder to proc than it used to be. I noticed it after switching to the new atlas and master system, where the master missions were in their own area instead of maps. It's pure speculation, but I have wondered if moving the daily missions to maps changed how that prophecy works.

I think I've actually sealed that prophecy before, just to make room for something else.

20 maps seems like a fair amount, but not excessive for that prophecy.

Can confirm, at this point it's faster to farm Quarry than try to proc this dumb prophecy
