Veiled +1 melee gem levels/melee strike range gives multiple unlock tiers, 2&3 do nothing.

['+x to Melee Strike Range', '+x to Level of Socketed Melee Gems'] and ['x% increased Melee Damage', '+x to Melee Strike Range'] are the same unlock category but the first only has 1 tier while the second has 3. however the first can continue to show up on items in order to unlock the second.

Veiled mod for Gloves/Helmets:
+1 to Level of Socketed Melee Gems
+1 to Melee Strike Range

You can unlock 3 tiers of the mod, however only the first tier does anything. Additionally the unlock graphic indicates that it should only have 1 tier.

not a bug, its a shared unveil with the helm and neck crafts, the tiers on necks have additional ranges for damage.
I'd still argue that the unlock icon is incorrect. I cannot, off the top of my head, think of any other veil unlocks that don't have a number on the shield(left side) while having multiple tiers.

that craft specifically only has 1 tier, but your unable to unveil more for a different craft that shares the unveil.

the AOE for gloves/helm/neck does the same thing
