Show anointment cost on passive skill tree

Last season I was able to hover over notables to see what their oil recipe was. Now I cannot. I've searched for an option, but can't find anything. Are we no longer able to simply hover over passives to see what oils are needed?

" This has been changed in 3.11. Now you have to hover your mouse over and press the "Highlight items and Objects" key in your key binding. |
