With Legacy, Darkshrine was one of my favourite leagues. I was kinda happy to turn trash rares in portals for unique maps, or have a bit of control in spawning Abaxoth.
I liked how they made a league with very little effort, but overall enjoyable, even after the Dried Lake nerf. I would have liked if they introduced Darkshrine in cores without turning them into totally different items (Mysterious Darkshrines in Lab) |

They'd likely have to update all the effects. Don't even know how much work that would be. Might be fun for a weekend mod or a flashback, but not for a whole league.

I know. We've heard it over and over. The biggest mistake they could make right now is pissing on the people who are enjoying it.

I mean they cut warbands and tempest early for Darkshrine and those had a much higher retention rate.
