Need help with 1H Impale Cyclone Slayer

This is the first league that I am actually playing this game seriously and I just switched to this build, however I feel like I am missing on a ton of things and I would like some help.
I am getting killed in tier 10 maps...

I only took a brief look at the PoB, but you should drop precision for more mana pool, then upgrade your rings because you should aim for 5k+ HP. until you get a 6L body with -15 Total mana cost, you shouldn't be running precision. you also need to link Flesh and Stone with Maim. huge damage increase. I'd recommend looking at a build guide on the forums and compare your build with theirs. Some build guides out there are very in-depth and will answer your questions if you look.
